Fair use policy
Staffing Partner inclusions are provided on a reasonable-use basis for routine, day-to-day support. Complex, urgent, unusually high-volume, specialist, legal or independent investigation work is outside the monthly fee and may be separately scoped, quoted or referred. Halden will discuss this with you before additional fees apply.
Fixed fees
No Percentage-Based Recruitment Fees
Halden uses fixed recruitment pricing. The recruitment fee does not increase simply because the employee earns more. The client knows the recruitment fee before the campaign begins.
Placement assurance
90-Day Replacement Guarantee
Fully Managed Recruitment includes a proposed 90-day replacement guarantee, subject to the client agreement.
If an eligible successful placement leaves during the guarantee period, Halden may conduct one replacement recruitment campaign without another recruitment fee.
